Business Development Representative

We’re seeking an incredibly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative that can serve on the frontline of our marketing and sales efforts to prospect, identify qualified leads, and generate interest in our solutions. Your goal is to get qualified leads to take the next step and speak live with one our Account Executives. This is an entry-level sales position with room for growth. What we're looking for

  • 1-3+ years' experience working in sales, lead generation, or cold calling/emailing.
  • Comfortable and resilient in conversations with business professionals and helping them solve problems.
  • Outgoing, social, and willing to talk to anyone and get rejected frequently.
  • You are an email master, can craft easy to read compelling emails.
  • Ask great questions and more importantly are a better listener.
  • You enjoy the sales process, love to learn, have a passion for uncovering new sales opportunities.
  • You are a team player but can work very well independently.
  • You feel that you can always learn more and want an amazing work environment to expand your skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining lead lists of potential customers through research and the assistance of our marketing team.
  • Making 100+ outbound phone calls per day to prospects that can use our solutions.
  • Engage prospects by emailing 100+ businesses per day under a semi-automated process and calling a subset of those based on measured engagement.
  • Book meetings / demos with targeted and qualified leads and hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Distribute marketing materials associated with new and existing solutions.
  • Follow up with leads that have expressed interest in our services and maintain an active daily leads pipeline.
  • Document all activity in CRM system, keeping it clean and up-to-date.
