What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer success manager role.
- General technical understanding of web development and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of API development and integrations is preferred.
- Ability to think strategically to properly prioritize tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a liaison between our Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our Customer Success/Sales teams by answering technical questions, creating help documentation, and training them on our products.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and execute technical marketing campaigns.
- Oversee technical marketing efforts such as blog posts and case studies that mention our APIs, Widget, and other technical integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and customers to ensure that our technical solutions are tailored to their needs.
- Work with our Development team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are of high quality.
- Continuously monitor the market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
