Technical Customer Success Manager

Please note this role is for our portfolio company emailable.com. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and act as an intermediary between our various different departments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products by providing technical support and guidance, creating help documentation, and overseeing technical marketing materials creation such as API-related articles and case studies.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer success manager role.
  • General technical understanding of web development and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of API development and integrations is preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically to properly prioritize tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a liaison between our Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our Customer Success/Sales teams by answering technical questions, creating help documentation, and training them on our products.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and execute technical marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee technical marketing efforts such as blog posts and case studies that mention our APIs, Widget, and other technical integrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and customers to ensure that our technical solutions are tailored to their needs.
  • Work with our Development team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are of high quality.
  • Continuously monitor the market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
